This projects consists of 85 functional apartments ranging from studios to threebedroom apartments and penthouses. All apartments offer access to a generous roof garden that lends the project a touch of class. The living environment starts from the roof garden that provides access to all the apartments. The ground floor houses a number of shops and horeca businesses. A former road was integrated into the project and still acts as a pedestrian passage between Van Iseghemlaan and Langestraat, thereby connecting the beach with the shopping streets.
