The plan is to do this by developing different buildings with different functions at the location of the former Decoux and Bétons Lemaire sites. Matexi will thoroughly remediate the contaminated grounds. The preservation of the current nature and the creation of additional green areas are at the heart of this project. Via walking and cycling paths we are linking this new neighbourhood to the beautiful dream forest nearby. Moreover, infrastructure for charging stations will be installed and some homes will have green roofs to act as a CO2 and water buffer.
